Le Puy-Notre-Dame (French pronunciation: [lə pɥi nɔtʁ dam] ) or Le Puy is a commune in the Maine-et-Loire department in western France. The village is built on the hill of Puy, also spelt “Pua”. Its inhabitants are known as Puechens.
