Rayya and Sakina (Arabic: رَيّا وسكينة) were two Egyptian serial killers in early 20th-century Egypt. The two were sisters who were, alongside their husbands and two accomplices, convicted of killing 17 women in the Labban neighborhood of Alexandria from 1919 to 1920.
