On 28 June 2022, Kanhaiya Lal Teli, a Hindu tailor, was murdered by two Muslim men, Mohammad Riyaz Akhtari and Ghouse Mohammad, in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. The attackers filmed the killing and subsequently circulated a video of it online.
