Donohue syndrome (also known as leprechaunism) is an extremely rare and severe genetic disorder. Leprechaunism derives its name from the mythical leprechaun, which has some physical attributes similar to this condition's hallmark elvish features: small stature, bulging eyes, and upturned nostrils.
