Valestrandsfossen or Valestrandfossen is a village in Osterøy Municipality in Vestland county. It lies along the Sørfjorden, just across the fjord from Bergen Municipality and about 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) northeast of the city of Bergen, the second largest city in Norway.
