Maria Alcina Leite (born 22 April 1949) is a Brazilian singer. Among her biggest successes were "Fio Maravilha" (Jorge Ben), the winner of the national phase of the Festival Internacional da Canção in 1972, and "Kid Cavaquinho" (João Bosco and Aldir Blanc).
